That it is respectfully submitted that the alleged detenueSakhina Khatun also presented one duly notarized affidavit before ASI Gurpreet Singh and the perusal of the same reveals that she had solemnized marriage with Pawan Kumar (respondent no.
4) as per Hindu rites and rituals on 15.05.2025 with my own wish and without any fear or pressure at Maa Naina Devi, Jan Kalyan Sanstha (Regd.),Panchkula (Haryana). It was further stated in the affidavit that she was never kidnapped by anyone and the present petition filed by her mother (petitioner) is totally false and baseless. The true translated copy of the affidavit dated 09.06.2025 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-3/T for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court."

In view of the statement made by the detenue which has been placed on record as Annexure R-2/T and her affidavit as Annexure R-3/T, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the present petition. Resultantly, the same is disposed off.
