Counsel for the applicants-appellants has also drawn attention of the Court to order dated 31.05.2018 passed in Regular Second Appeal No.1552 of 2009, which was also withdrawn.

In view of the prayer made, the application is allowed. The appeal is taken on Board and the same is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
