RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The petitioner has not furnished the complete particulars in this writ petition inasmuch as he is harping upon an order dated 04.8.2017 passed by the Collector under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands Regulation Act, 1961. Since, he did not even mention in the writ petition of pursuing any further recourse after the order dated 04.8.2007 was passed, no relief can be given to the petitioner in the absence of material facts. Dismissed.
