This is second petition for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 124 dated 08.06.2019, registered under Section 323, 324, 447, 511, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.

The first petition was dismissed by this Court vide order 11.06.2020, which is extracted as under:- "The petitioners pray for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No.124 dated 8.6.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 447, 511, 506, 148, 149 IPC and for offence added under Section 326 IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the first informant has pointed out to incorrect translation of the FIR which has DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2020.11.18 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document been annexed by the petitioners alongwith the present petition.

Criminal Misc. No. M- 37636 of 2020 He has read over vernacular of the FIR wherein it has been noted that Datar was used to attack the first informant. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain the request for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, particularly when the petitioners have not filed the present petition with clean hands.

Hence, dismissed".

In view of the above, no ground is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge November 16, 2020 "DK"
