G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the challenge is to the order of the action of respondent no. 1 whereby, directions had been issued that the petitioner-institute should not start classes for ANM and GNM courses till the next order and the decision of the Court. It was pointed out that the dispute in CWP No. 25847 of 2013 was inter se the institute and the members of the society and respondent no. 1 had no jurisdiction as such to interfere in the absence of any directions given to him by the Court.

It is submitted that in view of the interim protection granted by this Court, the classes have already been conducted for the relevant academic year and the result has been declared and the present petition has accordingly been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, keeping in view the above facts, the present writ petition is disposed of as such.
