(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S), 2023 seeking quashing of impugned zimini order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P-7), whereby learned trial Court has cancelled the bail of the petitioner, on account of his non-appearance before the Court on the date fixed. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already surrendered, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
