Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, he has also filed representation, Annexure P-10. Notice of motion.

Mr. Aman Bahri, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 & 2. A query has been put to Mr. Bahri whether representation can be decided by the concerned authority at the earliest. He submits that in case the representation has been received in the office of the authority, same shall be decided at the earliest, in any case not later than ten days. A speaking order shall be passed and promptly conveyed to the petitioner. Till then status-quo shall be maintained. It is, however, made clear that in case no representation has been received or the order is not passed within a period ten days, status-quo order shall automatically stand vacated.
