In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 04.10.2017 (Annexure P-10).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a representation assailing the order dated 04.10.2017 has been filed before respondent No.2 on 09.10.2017 (Annexure P-11) but no action has been taken thereon so far.
