*** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) [1] This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order dated 13.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed in RSA No.3477 of 2016.

[2] The affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.1 has asserted that the 'agreement to sell' qua the property in question was executed with the consent and knowledge of the present petitioner. Moreover, it is not even in dispute that the respondent has not sold the property so far. The document on which the petitioner is relying is only the agreement to sell. There is no rebuttal of the said assertion made by respondent No.1 by the petitioner, who is none other than the sister of the respondent. [3] In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any more.
