PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) On 25th of August, 2022 following order was passed :- "Challenge in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is to the order dated 14th of October, 2021 and that dated 27th of July, 2022 passed by the ACJM, SAS Nagar (Mohali). Vide order dated 27th of July, 2022, non-bailable warrants against the petitioners have been issued for 31st of August, 2022 and the notice has been issued to the surety.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are poor vegetable vendors and the lapse on their part was owing to nature of source of their livelihood. Issue notice of motion returnable for 10th November, 2022.

Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Trial Court on the next date fixed before it i.e. 31st of August, 2022. On their doing so, they shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court."

CRM-M-37943-2022 -2Ld. State Counsel on instructions from HC Manwinder Singh submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have surrendered before the Trial Court and have been ordered to be discharged. Ld. Counsel for the petitioners admits the aforestated factual position.
