Petitioner-Association has posed a challenge to orders dated 26.11.2015, 17.12.2015 & 12.02.2016 whereby recognition granted to it vide order dated 16.08.2010, Annexure P-1 has been withdrawn. It has been urged before the court that no opportunity of hearing was granted to petitioner-Association before withdrawing the recognition. Since this limited plea is raised before this court, petition is disposed of with the observation that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner-Association, question of withdrawal of recognition shall be reconsidered by the respondent-Institute.
