(Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the application shall moved within 10 days from today. Disconnection of electric connection of the petitioner shall remain stayed for ten days to enable him to file the application. Needless to observe that the Commission would decide the same, if it is is found to be maintainable.
