*** AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition the respondents No.1 & 2 had directed the respondent No.3 to enroll the petitioner. He further states that petition has been rendered infructuous and only consequential direction to be issued to direct the respondent No.3 to do the needful within any reasonable time.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Advocate has fairly accepted that the main relief has been granted to the petitioner and does not oppose the fixing of any reasonable time.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take necessary action within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
