(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned notices dated 11th July, 2016 (Annexures P-2 to P-8) issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and impugned notices dated 17th October, 2016 (Annexures P-18 to P-21), issued under the Act, by respondent No.2, which are stated to be issued on the basis of forged and fabricated documents and even without deciding the reply/objections dated 05.09.2016 filed by the petitioners (appended as Annexure P-9 along with the writ petition). 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench did not agree with the learned counsel for the petitioners, a prayer was made by him that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file the objections before the appropriate Forum. 3.
