CWP-23576-2017 (O&M) a pucca drain for proper disposal of the sewer and rain water towards the second - new pond. The order is based upon a report of a Committee of Civil/Public Health Engineers.

Upon notice, reply by the official respondents as well as private respondent Jaswinderpal Singh, stands filed. Now, the aforesaid misc. application (CM-2917-CWP2019) has been filed by the petitioner seeking unconditional withdrawal of the main writ petition in view of fresh Panchayat having accepted the report, to which no objection has been raised either on behalf of the earlier counsel for the petitioner - Gram Panchayat or the respondents.
