In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to take an appropriate action against respondent No.6 and place her under suspension from the post of Panch, Gram Panchayat.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-7) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
