Present writ petition is for issuing directions to the respondents to rectify the anomaly in the seniority list, whereby petitioner has been wrongly placed below his juniors against the provisions of Recruitment Rules for fixation of seniority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that all the grievances of the petitioner have been detailed in the representation dated 23.06.2018 (Annexure P7) and complaint dated 15.06.2018 (Annexure P8), respectively, which are still pending with the respondents. Notice of motion.
