(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the issue, which was pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court stands decided by Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment reported as P.Mohanraj & others Vs. M/s Shah Brothers Ispat Private Limited, (2021) 6 SCC 258 and that in view of the ratio of the said judgment, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
