Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case where police officials, i.e. respondent Nos. 4 and 5, have forcibly entered in the house of the petitioner, who is a widowed hapless lady as her husband has unfortunately expired recently on 20.10.2021. It is submitted that police officials are doing high-handedness at the instance of private respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pointed out that with regard to the incident of forcibly entering in the house of the petitioner by the police officials on 01.07.2022, the petitioner has addressed one complaint/representation, dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-2), to respondent No. 3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Rural Police, Jalandhar, however, no action has been taken for redressal of the petitioner's grievance. Notice of motion.

Generally, this Court refrains itself from passing any direction for deciding compliant/representation in criminal cases. However, considering the fact that the petitioner herein is a widowed lady, who has lost her husband recently and high-handedness is alleged against police officials, respondent No. 3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Rural Police, Jalandhar, is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner, raised in her complaint/representation, dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-2), and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
