Petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents to ensure security of life and liberty of the petitioner as the same is claimed to be in danger at the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 wants to take forcible possession of his plot for which a complaint was filed by the petitioner before the SHO, Police Station Rampura on 27.04.2021, but no action was taken against respondent No.4. Thereafter, petitioner filed a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Rewari on JYOTI SHARMA 2021.10.08 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP No. 9613 of 2021 -226.06.2021 and the same is still pending before respondent No.2 without there being any progress.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, D.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2021 in accordance with law without being influenced by any statement of fact made hereinabove within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
