Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 and to further direct respondent No.4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in criminal case having FIR No.711 dated 9.3.2020 under Sections 466, 467, 471, 473, 474, 476, 120-B/34 IPC, Police Station Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram, has been filed by the petitioner with further directions to take action against respondent No.5. Notice of motion.

( 2 ) CRM-M-37444-2020 Mr. Kirpal Singh Thakur, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.

The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already moved representations Annexure P3 to P-5 to the various police officials but till date no action has been taken against respondent No.5. He made request that he will be satisfied if the police officials are given necessary directions to look into the representation Anneuxre P-5.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Balraj Singh is not having any objection if such direction is given to respondent No.2 to look into the matter.

Accordingly, this petition is hereby disposed of without making any comments on the merits of the case, with direction to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, Haryana to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
