(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant notional increment and refixation of pension in compliance of judgment delivered in CWP No.32598 of 2019 decided on 16.03.2022.
Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioner has already sent a representation to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2 on 04.05.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation is directed to be decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest.
