(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Suresh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent, office of Divisional Forest Officer, Morni Pinjore, Forest Division at Pinjore, Kalka, submits that since the impugned communication Annexure P-1 has been withdrawn vide office letter dated 26.2.2015, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that let the present writ petition be disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State.
