Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Sumeer Singh, who is present in court, submits that inquiry has already been conducted against respondent no. 7. Recovery of `41,51,000/- has been effected and the person has been arrested pursuant to FIR No. 38 dated 17.03.2012 registered at police station Bhondsi.
