(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apprise the investigating agency about the correct position regarding possession over the land in question. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It shall be open to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with regard to his stand in respect of the land in question.
