(Oral) CM No. 10107-CWP of 2015 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, in which the arguments were heard and the judgment was reserved on July 31, 2015. It has been averred in the application that the petitioners wish to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, if any.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondents and pleads no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition.

CM No. 10107-CWP of 2015 in/and [ 2 ] CWP No. 3296 of 2015 averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of Sh. Sushil Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Karan Gupta (General Power of Attorney of Sh. Rajinder Jain, petitioner No.1), the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and the applicant-petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty as prayed for.

CWP No. 3296 of 2015 In the present writ petition arguments were heard and the judgment was reserved on July 31, 2015. In the meantime, a Civil Miscellaneous Application No.10107-CWP of 2015 was filed by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, if any, available to them. 2.

In view of the order of even date passed in CM No. 10107CWP of 2015, the present writ petition is taken up for re-hearing and is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed. Accordingly, the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any, available to them in accordance with law.
