Learned counsel states that the petitioners were working as Staff Nurses and ought to have been regularised in terms of the policy dated 18.03.2011 on completion of 3 years of service rendered on contract basis. The case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in Sukhjad Singh and Others vs. State of Punjab and Another, decided on 19.12.2018, against which LPA and SLP stand dismissed on 28.03.2022 and 02.05.2025 respectively, which was followed in Gurmeet Kaur and Others vs. State of Punjab and Others, CWP23027-2016, decided on 24.09.2024, Annexure A-1, to which no challenge was MOHIT 2025.05.23 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
