(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No. 94 dated 02.11.2022, under Section 376 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 01.08.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
