The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to incorporate the verdict/judgment and decree dated 04.12.2003 (Annexure P-1), passed in Civil Suit No.209 of 95/2001, passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division) Rewari and to correct the entries in the name of the petitioner and other decree holders in place of State of Haryana in compliance of judgment and decree dated 04.12.2003 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
