Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the order dated 24.1.2012 vide which respondent No.4 has been promoted to the post of Assistant Secretary with immediate effect in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of R.4200/- by the Managing Director, The Haryana State Cooperative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, Limited, Reference Petition No. P/C 41 of 2014 was filed on 9.3.2014 and thereafter the case was listed before respondent No.2 on numerous occasions but no proceeding has yet been completed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he will be satisfied at this stage if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the reference expeditiously.

CWP No.3304 of 2015 -2Considering the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the reference (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order in accordance with rule/law.
