The substantial prayer made in the instant petition is as follow :- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition under Section 529 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for Superintendence & Direction to the Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, Mansa District to expeditiously decide the application for permanent exemption filed on 05.06.2024 (Annexure P-6 in FIR No. 47 dated 09.05.2016 and case No. CHI-15-2021 (State vs. Kulpreet Singh & others) under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC at police station city Budhlada, district Mansa, preferably within a period of 30 days, in the interest of justice." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is a lady aged about 78 years and is suffering from various health problems. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an application (for grant of of permanent personal exemption) was filed on 05.06.2024 and the facts and circumstances of the case warrant the said application be decided expeditiously.

Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, and without observing anything on merits of the application, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Magistrate to consider the application (for permanent personal exemption filed on behalf of the petitioner) and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within two weeks of receipt/production of certificated copy of this order.
