(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates called for interview for the post of Supervisor (Female) against Advertisement No.7/2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, submits that in view of the stand taken in the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No. 2,she is under instructions not to press the instant petition.
