The petitioner has not been informed about the decision of what has been taken on One Time Settlement. The petitioner may persist for such an endeavour and if it does not bear any fruit, this order passed by this Court may be used as a direction to the respondents to inform the petitioner the outcome of such a settlement that has taken place in the year 2002 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
