MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6.

In compliance of order dated 09.06.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has been produced in Court. 3.

The undersigned has interacted with the petitioner in Chambers, where she stated that she wishes to return to her parents' home as she is fully assured and satisfied that she will continue with her education and there will be no pressure on her to solemnize marriage, as had been alleged on a previous date of hearing. Separate statements of both the petitioner and her father have also been recorded to this effect. 4.

In the light of the statement made by the petitioner and father of the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of and the State is directed to release the petitioner forthwith and allow her to go with her parents.
