Learned counsel for the respondent-University on instructions submits that in the changed circumstances and the petitioner having passed the compartment examination of Punjabi (B.A.IIIrd year), the university is ready and willing to consider the case of the petitioner for admission in P.U.-LL.B. (3 years course).

Let consideration upon the case of the petitioner be completed within a week and thereafter appropriate steps be taken. If the petitioner still remains aggrieved, then he can revisit the Court for redressal of his grievance. 3.
