On 28.02.2025 the following order was passed : " Learned counsel for the petitioners while arguing has referred to Annexure P-6 with the petition as being one of the impugned orders. However, a perusal of the petition reveals that in the present petition, only order dated 15.12.2014 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) have been challenged and there is no Annexure P-6, either as per the petition or the Index. Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some time. On her request, adjourned to 18.07.2025."

Today the case has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
