Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to pay the difference of provident fund amounting to Rs.42,016/- along with interest from 01.01.1988 to the date of payment. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, though, has been paid part payment, but his complete payment on account of provident fund and interest has not been made. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has already got issued legal notice dated 21.05.2018 (Annexure P7) in this regard, which has not been decided by now by the respondents.
