***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to hear and decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner.

Heard.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 states that earlier the proceedings were before the Advisor, Union Territory, Chandigarh, however, now the direction has been issued to the Secretary, Cooperation to decide the appeal. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 states that he has no objection if the interim order dated RAVINDER SINGH 2015.08.14 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP No.3330 of 2015 25.02.2015 passed by this Court continues till finalization of the appeal before the Secretary, Co-operation.

Both the parties agree that now the appeal is pending before the Secretary, Co-operation, although Secretary is not a party before this Court, the Secretary may be directed to decide the appeal in a timebound manner. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents No.1 and 2, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Co-operation to decide the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, till the finalization of the appeal, order dated 25.02.2015 passed by this Court shall remain in operation with modification that 'Secretary, Co-operation' shall be read for 'Advisor'.
