Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have already made a statement before this Court in CWP No.6-2017 titled as 'Seema Gupta Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 01.03.2019, that the advertisement dated 09.12.2016 has already been withdrawn. Counsel for the petitioner states that keeping in view the said statement, no grievance of the petitioner as raised in this petition survives. In case the respondents tries to dislodge the petitioner again by recruiting NARESH KUMAR 2019.10.25 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
