(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to arrange the videography for Ward Nos. 23 and 24, Malout, Tehsil Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib during the Municipal Elections to be held on 25th February, 2015. 2.

In the absence of any notice of demand having been raised by the petitioners by way of any representation filed before the appropriate authority, the writ of Mandamus is not maintainable. 3.
