HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 30.10.2020 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jind, whereby respondent No.2 had been enlarged on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner moves an application before the learned Sessions Judge, Jind, seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2, the same shall be decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of four weeks of its filing.
