The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not been decided so far by respondent No.2. He made request that necessary directions be issued to the said respondent to take action on his representation. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner as per law, within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
