On our asking, Mr.Aman Bahri, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on their behalf. Let three copies of the writ petition be supplied to the learned State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for nonprosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent No.3 at this stage. Similarly, no reply-affidavit is required to be filed by respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4.

The only prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the official-respondents to supply a copy of the MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.03.03 12:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.3344 of 2015 [2] Consolidation Scheme of village Agampur, Hadbast No.360, Tehsil Anandpur Sahib, District Ropar. The necessity to obtain copy of the Consolidation Scheme arises on account of the eviction proceedings initiated by the Gram Panchayat on the premise that the subject land is shamlat deh and vests in Gram Panchayat. It is in this backdrop that the petitioner wants to refer the Consolidation Scheme to show as to whether the land was reserved for any common purpose.

The petitioner has averred that he applied for a copy of the Consolidation Scheme on 12.08.2014 and then on 08.09.2014 alongwith requisite charges but the same has not been made available so far.

In these circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 to traceout the record of Consolidation Scheme and supply its copy to the petitioner as per rules, subject to deposit of requisite charges, if any.

Let the needful be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Dasti.
