The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release financial assistance of ₹2,00,000/- under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojna (for short 'Deen Dayal Yojna'). 2.

The petitioner's son namely Prince expired on 04.07.2024 on account of abdomen pain. The petitioner filed an application seeking financial assistance under Deen Dayal Yojna on 03.09.2024. The application was uploaded on online portal. The application was rejected on 23.04.2025 observing 'age difference'. The petitioner submitted representations on 09.09.2025 to Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas seeking financial assistance. He re-uploaded death certificate on 24.11.2024, however, the application is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue involved herein is squarely covered by order dated 11.05.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.6579 of 2026, Manjeet Kaur v. State of Haryana and another. 4.

Faced with this, learned State counsel expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid judgment to the instant case. 5.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands allowed in terms of order dated 11.05.2026 passed in Manjeet Kaur (supra).
