***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Second petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial in FIR No.105 dated 10.12.2017, under Sections 22, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dharampal, has pointed out that petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in this case on 08.09.2019 and subsequently, she was arrested on 19.01.2020 and thus, she should have approached learned trial Court first instead of rushing directly to this Court.
