Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction to respondents to make payment of admitted outstanding amount for the work executed by it. According to him, representations, Annexures P-4 & P-5 are still pending with the department.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that decision in representations be taken expeditiously in any case not later than six weeks. If any amount is found due to the petitioner, payment of same would be released to it.
