       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.186 dated 16.07.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sector-39, Chandigarh. Vide order dated 07.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Mandeep Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
