It has been noticed that the prosecution evidence is already complete and after recording the statement of the accused under the provisions of Section 313 Cr.P.C., the matter has already been listed for defence evidence, as per the order dated 27.03.2024 (Annexure P-5, page No. 35 of the paper-book). The trial is almost concluded. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, there is no need for issuance of any direction to the trial Court to decide the matter, expeditiously.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
