Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the abovenoted FIR was registered on 23.03.2021, but no action has been taken thereupon so far and the accused have not been arrested so far. At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Surjit Kamar, submits that in the above-noted FIR, cancellation report was prepared on 16.09.2021.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
