M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner who is working as ALM had allegedly received injuries on account of negligence of officers of the Electricity Department.

Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.

The petitioner seems to have already availed the legal remedy under Section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, before the Tribunal constituted under the Industrial Disputes Act and had compromised the matter.

CWP-27273-2016 petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the Superintending Engineer (Operations) Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Circle Office, Sector 23, Faridabad, to consider the legal notice Annexure P4 dated 3.8.2016.

Without expression of any opinion on merits or entitlement of the petitioner for compensation, this petition is disposed of with a direction that legal notice Annedure P4 dated 3.8.2016, would be considered in accordance with law by passing a speaking order by the above said Superintending Engineer or any other authority competent to consider the same. It will be appreciated in case the claim raised in legal notice Annexure P4, dated 3.8.2016, is considered within a period of three months after the receipt of a certified copy of this order. (M.M.S.
